FACILITY POLICIES

Requesting School Days

We ask that you please request your desired school days a week and a half in advance, at the latest. Requests made less than a week out are not guaranteed. In the event the facility is at capacity, your pup will be added to our waitlist pending cancellations on a first come first served basis.

Cancellation Policy:

All day trains must be cancelled before the drop-off window opens (7:30am) to avoid a cancellation fee. Any daycare or day trains cancelled within the drop-off window will result in a $25 cancellation fee. All no shows or cancellations after drop-off time will result in full payment for that scheduled day.

For private lessons, we ask for at least 2 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Any lessons cancelled within 1 hour of their scheduled time will result in a $15 cancellation fee. All no shows will result in full payment for the scheduled lesson.

PLEASE NOTE: Weather conditions and emergencies will always be considered!

Our drop off and pick up times are strict to ensure each dog is getting the proper amount of training and enrichment time.

Vaccinations:

All dogs participating in one of our programs are required to be fully vaccinated. A list of required vaccinations will be given at contract signing. Proof of vaccinations is required before starting a program.

Dog boarding protocol:

Any dog boarded or attending day care at another facility must wait at least 7 days before returning to our facility. This is to help reduce the spread of illness and diseases, as well as to ensure the health and wellness of the dogs in our programs. If your dog regularly attends a day care program at another facility, please speak with Tori or Gisell for further guidance.
